I analyzed 11,000 bareboat charter orders made for the season 2015 in the Yachtsys System. First I created distinct classes by grouping sailingyachts by amount of cabins and lenght over all. Then I had to divide the contracted charter duration by 7 days in order to be able to calculate the weekly charter price from each charter. Finally the average values for each sailboat yacht class was calculated. The result you see below.
This graphic show you the average week prices for charters made in the Mediterranean during the season 2015.
For potential investors it might be valuable to understand that 4 cabin charter sailboats achieved higher sales prices than 5 cabin sailing yachts within the same lenght class of 15+ meter.
If you are interested getting more statistics about international yacht charter sales revenues, just attend my seminar at the
CharterExpo 2015 in Berlin. Until this event I will have compiled more numbers from the recent season and will publish it to the audience.
