How to gain new Charter Clients with CharterBids

December 01 2013 | 0 comments

CharterBids is a real-time online-auction for orders of charter clients. The CharterBids module is seamlessly integrated as an own page in the YachtSys System. The auctioned charter orders were made by clients on the YachtBooker websites. Every charter company and agency can setup his on bidding for the online auction via its YachtSys login.

Charter agents and providers can take advantage of CharterBids as a new marketing tool for gaining new clients. The CharterBids online auction allows the setting of a different bid amounts per clients language. It means the bidder can set different bid amounts for client orders made in english, german, italian etc.. The CharterBid user can set a daily maximum amount that limits his auction budget. CharterBids follows the Vickrey Auction principle (like Ebay). This means the bidder never pays the highest bid but the second highest bid amount plus 0,5 EUR.

The auctioned charter orders are mostly offers (requests) - around 10% are online bookings. The customers name, email and phone number are provided in the orders.

The following video tutorials show how to make the relevant settings on the CharterBids page in YachtSys as a charter agency or as charter provider.

The CharterBids page can be found by navigating in the YachtSys main menu under
Configuration>Salesmanagement>CharterBids

CharterBids is the clever alternative to GoogleAds and other marketing campaigns. We give you an example: Gaining a new charter client via Google Ads for high competitive keywords as "yacht charter croatia" or "yacht charter greece" might cost you up to 100 EUR and more (depending on CTR and CRO). With CharterBids you can receive new clients instantly with bid amounts starting as low as 10 - 30 EUR without bothering yourself setting up an own online marketing strategy that requires expertise and time.

Just login into your YachtSys account and find out how easy it is to gain new clients with CharterBids!
